## Ingredients

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1 whole egg
- 2 Tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt

- [ ] 2 tablespoons cream cheese

## Instructions

1. **Preheat oven to 375 or 425 degrees.**

2. **In a microwavable friendly bowl add cheeses, almond flour and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 60 seconds.**

3. **Stir until slightly combined and place back into the microwave for another 60 seconds or until cheese is warm and melted.**

4. **Stir once is warm and and melted.**

5. **Until cheese is warm and melted and melted.**

6. **Lun dough to sit for 5 minutes. Use for whatever you have in mind: Pizza Bagels.**
