½ cuppeas, canned or frozen
Instructions

2Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 3–5 minutes, crumbling as it cooks.
3Stir in spinach, carrots, zucchini, peas, and brown rice until the spinach has wilted and everything is heated through, about 3–5 minutes.
4Let cool completely before portioning or storing.
My Substitution
I swap the ground turkey for 3 lbs of salmon — bake at 350°F for 20 minutes,
let it cool, then flake it into the recipe in place of cooked turkey. Great source of omega-3s for coat health.

Keeps up to 3 months frozen. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
→ Souper Cubes on Amazon
Pick your size based on your dog's meal portion — 1-cup cubes work well for medium dogs, 2-cup for larger breeds.
🔥 Reheat
Microwave 30–60 seconds and let cool slightly before serving. Never serve too hot.
🥘 Slow Cooker
Both recipes can be adapted for the slow cooker — add all ingredients and cook on high for 4 hours. Note: some nutrients cook down with longer heat.
Double or triple either recipe and freeze in weekly portions. Works great for meal prepping both at once on the same day.
