## Instructions

1. **Prep the bread.** Slice ciabatta loaves lengthwise to open like a sub roll. Toast lightly if desired for extra crunch.

2. **Melt the cheese.** Place cheese slices on the meats in a microwave-safe dish or on a baking sheet. Heat in microwave or 350°F oven until cheese is melted.

3. **Prepare the spread.** In a small bowl, mix together chili pepper sandwich spread, mayonnaise, and honey mustard to taste.

4. **Assemble sandwiches.** Spread the mayo-mustard mixture on both sides of the toasted ciabatta. Layer with the warm cheese-topped meats in this order: ham, turkey, salami, and pepperoni.

5. **Slice and serve.** Cut into individual portions and serve warm.
