## Shopping List

### 🥬 Produce
- [ ] 2 medium napa cabbages (or any cabbage)
- [ ] 6 garlic cloves
- [ ] 3 knobs of ginger
- [ ] 1 small jalapeno

### 🥫 Pantry
- [ ] 8 oz Kettle&Fire chicken bone broth
- [ ] 1 tbsp ghee (or high heat oil)

---

## Instructions

1. **Clean and quarter your cabbage.**

2. **Sear the cabbage.** Turn your pan to medium high heat and add your choice of high heat tolerant oil. Place the cabbage quarters in the pan to sear, browning it on both sides, about 2-3 minutes each.

3. **Remove and set aside.** Remove the browned cabbage from the pan and put to the side.

4. **Saute aromatics.** Add all your aromatics, the garlic, ginger, and deseeded jalapeno into the pan with a TBPS of ghee.

5. **Add cabbage back.** Once the aromatics are soft and fragrant, you can add the cabbage back into the pan.

6. **Add broth and braise.** Add 8 oz of Kettle&Fire chicken bone broth and a cup of water.

7. **Cover and reduce.** Cover the cabbage and bring to a boil, then let reduce uncovered for 5 minutes.

8. **Cook to desired texture.** The longer you braise, the softer the cabbage will be, so texture and liquid level is up to you. Less time may have more water content, but will have a crunchier texture.

9. **Freeze for meal prep.** Place in your molds and freeze overnight!
